Im Hossein, but you can call me Hoss. That's been my nickname since I can remember.
So what is H.K.ACoaching all about?
I believe health & fitness is a lifestyle. Your goals shouldn't be seen as short term fix or a burden. I always aim to create a plan that fits within and adds to your quality of life!
Unfortunately there is so much conflicting information when it comes to health & fitness and so many coaches & gurus claim to have the secret to fat loss or muscle gain. It is possible to get extreme results in a relatively short space of time, but these results are not sustainable and more often than not, the weight and bad habits come straight back -with interest!
The truth is, I'm not promising you extreme results in 6 or 12 weeks. I want to build a solid coach-client relationship where I get to know you. Together, we will delve into why previous attempts at reaching your weight loss or fitness goals have failed. What have been the barriers? How can we make these goals fit within your life?
One size does not fit all when it comes to health & fitness. Ultimately that's the beauty of it. We all come from different walks of life and face our own unique challenges. In order to make fitness work for you, we implement small consistent changes over time that you can stick to without it feeling like it is a chore or a burden.
I truly believe that anyone can achieve a fitter, healthier, happier version of themselves with the right support and guidance (this is where I come in!).

MY STORY
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my confidence and self-esteem. I worked a regular 9-5 job for the majority of my teenage life and twenties, always feeling unhappy within myself and dissatisfied about how my life had panned out.
Like many people, a bad breakup made me feel like I needed to put on some muscle and lose fat so I could show them that I was worth something. Of course, in hindsight the motivation for starting my fitness journey sounds pathetic when I mention it now, but often the best things that happen to us in life come from the most unlikely of places.
Fitness has since become something else entirely for me and has changed my life in so many ways. I've now made it mission to help others benefit from this way of life too!
